High quality villas and apartments in a parkland stting on the international golf courses of La Baule, with fantastic swimming pool

Open all year long, these excellent villas and apartments are set in a 8 acre park, on the edge of the Baule-St-André 18 hole golf course. They are clustered around a superb 180m² heated pool, (open from May/June - September) and sunbathing terrace.

The villas all have their own terrace and garden, and most of them are at the edge of the golf course. The apartments have their own terrace, balony or garden access.

Just 3 kms from the village of St Andre des Eaux and 5 kms from the fabulous beach and resort of La Baule, considered to have one of the best sandy resort beaches on the Atlantic coast of France.

La Baule, in the centre of the bay, is renowned for its luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants. At the end of the promenade the fishing village of Pouliguen offers an unforgettable view accross the bay.

The area is famed for its microclimate of long sunny days.

The surorunding area is full of charm and beauty: visit the fortified town and springs in Guerande or the Brière natural park with its waterways and thatched cottages.

Nearby is Bratz sur Mer on the Croisic peninsular in Southern Brittany. It is a charming unspoilt area, very French in character. There are many beautiful sandy beaches, coastal walks along the low wild coastline, old French ports with quayside cafes and shops, quaint villages and historic old cities. This is an unspoilt area with plenty of space to unwind.

If you feel active there is a multitude of watersports to try your hand at: sailing, jet skiing, deep sea diving, water skiing, or hire a bike and explore this pretty area at your own pace.

The Croisic peninsular is known for its undeveloped beaches (easy access), wild but low level coastal walks and the charming port of La Croisic with its quayside cafes and shops.
