Morgat is an attractive resort on the Crozon peninsula, surrounded on three sides by the sea - to the north the natural harbour of Brest, to the west the Irish Sea and to the south the Douarnenez bay.
There are 60km of coastline of Crozon, peninsula and 12 km of beaches.
Vallon house is a comfortable, tasteful house, a short walk to beach and shops
Ideally situated, equidistant from one of the sandy beaches of Morgat and the shops and restaurants of Crozon, both about 700 yards away.
Slightly further to the harbour and main beach of Morgat with its beach club, sailing school, shops and restaurants.
Just over 20 miles to the attractive riverside town of Chateaulin with its shops and restaurants.
Set in a quiet residential road, the house stands in a large, attractive garden with lawn and trees, not completely fenced from the garden of the neighbouring house below, but quite separate from it. There is a spacious south facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

There is a split level living room:
lower level with a sitting area with sofa and armchairs, TV and fireplace with wood burner,
higher level (up a couple of steps), the dining area furnished in traditional style.
This leads through into the kitchen area with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric cafetiere and kettle. Washing machine, dryer and freezer in adjoining garage.
Ground floor double bedroom with bathroom with bath and shower. Separate wc.
Upstairs is a large landing with antique single bed, two double bedrooms and shower room with wc.
